Ashwini Enterprises

Our office is up on the 2nd floor of a building in K. G. Road Extn. It’s No. 9, 2nd Cross to be exact. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a breeze, but it’s also a lot of trips up and down the stairs throughout the day. Ashwini Enterprises isn't a massive operation. It’s just a few of us trying to stay on top of things. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment squeezed in. We don't really have a sign outside that you can see from the main road, so people usually have to call us to find the right turn. It’s a bit of a maze back here in the extension. We’ve got a routine that starts around nine. Someone puts the kettle on, and we look at what needs to be shipped out. There’s always something that needs fixing or a call that needs making. We don't spend money on fancy furniture. Most of our desks are old and have scratches on them. It doesn't matter much as long as we can get the work done. The area is mostly residential and small shops, so it’s fairly calm compared to the city center. We like the quiet. It lets us focus on what's in front of us without too many distractions. Sometimes we stay late if the work piles up, but we usually try to head out before the evening traffic gets too bad. We've been at this 2nd Cross location for a few years now.
