Just Bake

Just Bake is our little spot in Yelahanka New Town. We are situated over in the Subhalxmi Ind Estate area. It’s out near Vill Moraiya on the Bavala Highway in Tal Sanand. It’s quite a long address to write down, but that’s where we are. We spend a lot of time in the back working on things. The industrial estate gets pretty busy with trucks and workers throughout the day. We get a lot of people stopping by while they are traveling on the Bavala Highway. It’s a practical location for us. We started Just Bake without much of a plan, just wanting to have a place of our own. The floor gets dusty from the highway traffic, so we are always sweeping. It’s not a quiet area, but we like the energy. We have a few benches for people to sit on if they aren't in a rush. Most people are just passing through though. We deal with the power cuts and the heat just like everyone else around here. We don't have a big corporate office. Everything happens right here in Yelahanka New Town. It’s just a basic setup with some ovens and counters. We keep the doors open most of the time. Vill Moraiya is a nice enough place to work from. We’ve been here for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. It's just a regular daily grind for us at Just Bake.
