Jurong

We are tucked away on 8th Cross in Vasanthnagar, which is a pretty central part of Bangalore. Our building is number 15 on M T Street. If you know the area, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the small crosses and streets, but it is a nice neighborhood to work in. We have been here at Jurong for a while now. Bangalore has grown so much around us, but Vasanthnagar still feels like its own little world. Our office is fairly simple. We have desks, some computers, and usually a lot of blueprints or sketches lying around. We don't really do the whole modern corporate office thing with bean bags or glass walls. It is just a place where we sit down and get our work done. The street outside can get quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache for the staff. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby. Most of us have been working together for several years, so we don't need much ceremony. We just show up, look at the projects on the schedule, and try to make progress. It gets busy during the middle of the week, but we always find time for a quick coffee. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our part in the local consultancy scene. It is a steady pace, and we like the familiar faces we see on the street every day.
