In Gadag, our office is known as Jurong Infrastructure India Pvt Ltd. We are located at Sameer Manzil in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar. The place is actually the residence of Sameer I. Doddamani, who is the son of I.F. Doddamani, an Assistant Executive Engineer in civil works. It’s a very local, family-oriented setup. We don't have a corporate office park or anything like that. We work out of this house, which makes the whole thing feel much more personal. Gadag is a smaller place compared to the big metros, so everyone kind of knows everyone else. The work we do is practical and focuses on local infrastructure needs. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what is necessary to get the job done right. The atmosphere is very relaxed. You might hear the sounds of the neighborhood or family life in the background while we work. It’s not a polished environment, but it is honest. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and planning. There are no big speeches or slogans here. We just sit down at the tables, have some tea, and go over the project plans. It’s a humble way to run a branch of a company, but it works for us. We value the fact that we are right here in the community where the work actually happens. The house itself is easy to find if you ask for the Doddamani family in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar.
