Our office is over in Munnekolala, Bangalore, specifically at Plot No-18 on the 8th Cross in Lakshmi Layout. It is a busy little pocket of the city. We operate out of BBMP 302. Being in this part of Bangalore means we are right in the middle of all the growth and new buildings going up. We have been doing our consulting work from this spot for some time now. The office is pretty standard—just desks, chairs, some cabinets for the files, and the usual computer setups we need for drafting. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy furniture or modern art. We just focus on the project work at hand and getting the details right. Most of our time is spent on technical specifics and coordinating with different clients over the phone. The 8th Cross can get a bit congested with traffic and parked cars, so getting here in the morning is sometimes a challenge for the staff. We usually have tea together in the afternoon to take a quick break from the computer screens. It is a small team, and we all help each other out when things get really busy. We don't really use corporate buzzwords or have big meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and get to it. It is a decent place to work, and being close to Marathahalli helps.
