Junior Engineer

Junior Engineer is located at 1/97 Bangalore Road in Bellary. My name is Syed Sadruddin’s son, and I run the operations here. Bangalore Road is always busy with trucks and cars, so there is plenty of dust and noise every day. We are right in the thick of it. The shop is a straightforward place where we take on various engineering tasks. We don’t have any shiny furniture or air conditioning. It’s just a workspace with benches and the tools we need to get the job done. We’ve been in Bellary for quite some time, so we know the local market and the people pretty well. Often, someone will drop off a part or a drawing and we just get to work on it. There is no middleman or secretary here. You talk to us directly. We spend most of the day in greasy overalls, so we aren't looking like corporate employees. Sometimes the work takes longer than expected because some machines are just stubborn. We don’t mind. We stay until it’s finished correctly. The heat in Karnataka can be tough, but we just drink some water and keep going. We don't like making things sound more complicated than they are. If we can fix it, we tell you. If we can't, we tell you that too. It’s just honest work done by regular people on a busy road.
