Bangalore life. Nagarabavi 2nd Stage. It’s quieter than the city center but still gets its share of traffic. We are tucked away at No. 28, 4th Cross in the Ramakrishnaiah Layout. It feels more like a house than a corporate office. That’s because the area is mostly residential. We handle the JSW Steels Limited business from here. It’s a lot of phone calls and coordinating with the plants. Bangalore has changed a lot since we set up here. The layout used to be much emptier back then. Now, there’s a shop on every corner and cars parked everywhere. We like it here because it’s a bit more relaxed than being in a glass tower downtown. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we don't have the worst commutes in the world. We just do our work, manage the accounts, and keep things moving. The 560091 area is home for us. It’s not a shiny place. Just some rooms filled with files and some computers. We try to keep things running smooth even when the internet acts up. Most of the neighbors are families, so we try not to make too much noise with the deliveries. It is a good spot for a small team like ours. We have been here for years and we know the local bakery guy pretty well by now.
