Jootoor Certification

Our office is on the 2nd floor of Devaki Nilaya in Domlur. It’s No. 37, right near the Gold Airport Road. It’s a convenient spot, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you're carrying a lot of papers. We spend most of our time dealing with certification processes. It involves a lot of reading and checking documents. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for the people who need it. The office is mostly just shelves and filing cabinets. We try to keep things in order, but paper has a way of piling up on the desks. We’ve been in Domlur for a good stretch now. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for help with their paperwork. We don't have a fancy waiting room. Just a couple of chairs by the window. You can hear the traffic from the Airport Road all day long. It becomes like background noise after a while. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who have learned the ins and outs of the system over the years. We take things one case at a time. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We don't use any slick slogans. We just tell people what they need and try to get the forms processed. It’s a bit of a slow process sometimes, but we get through the pile eventually.
