Jones Lang Lasalle

Our office is found at 1196 on 18th Main in J.P. Nagar Phase-II, Bangalore. If you know this part of the city, you know there are a lot of trees and some nice parks nearby, though the traffic on the main roads can be a real headache. We work out of a building that has been here for a while. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all day long. Inside, the office for Jones Lang Lasalle is filled with the sound of typing and phone calls. It’s a productive space, but it’s definitely not a showroom. We have maps pinned to the walls and stacks of property reports on almost every surface. The lighting is just standard office fluorescents. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. Our focus is mainly on the spreadsheets and the client calls that keep us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab a quick coffee or some tiffin when we need a break from the screens. The neighborhood is a mix of old houses and new shops, and we feel like we’re right in the middle of it all. It’s a regular workspace for regular people who know the Bangalore real estate market inside and out. We just show up, do the work, and try to navigate the commute back home once the sun goes down.
