You can find John Jacob & Associates at No. 4 on Walker Road. We are situated in Richmond Town, which is a part of Bangalore that still has some of that old charm left. Our office is near the old Food World, a place most people around here remember. It’s a quiet enough street, though the main roads nearby are always packed. We’ve been working out of this building for many years. It’s a solid, old-fashioned place. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in papers and a few chairs for when people come to talk to us. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. We just do the work that comes our way. Being in Richmond Town means we are close to a lot of things, which is helpful for getting to different sites around the city. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons usually involve some kind of technical drawing or site visit. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, we just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It’s a simple life, really. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. Working from Walker Road has been our routine for a long time now and we're okay with that.
