Job Description - Prestige Shantiniketan Project

Working on the Prestige Shantiniketan Project over on White Field Road in Bangalore keeps us all on our toes. It’s a huge site, and there is always something going on from morning until night. Most of us here spend the day looking at lists and trying to match workers to different tasks that need doing across the property. Bangalore is always growing, and this part of town is especially crowded these days with all the new traffic. Our office is right where the action is. It can get pretty noisy with the horns outside and the construction sounds nearby, but that is just how it is. We handle a lot of the details that people don't usually see when they look at the big buildings. If you walk past the project, you might see us coming and going from the main gate area. We aren't some big corporate headquarters, just a team on the ground. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains hard and the mud gets everywhere, but we keep at it. There are a lot of people moving to this area for work, so we see many new faces every week. We try to keep our notes organized, even if the desk gets buried under papers sometimes. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a place where we sit and talk about what needs to be finished next.
