Jms (P), Ltd is situated over in S.M.R. Nagar, specifically at the first cross on Hebballi Road in Dharwad. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main city rush, which we actually prefer. The office is named after Prabhakar P. Yaligar, and it’s been our base for a long time. It’s a straightforward place. We don’t have a big glass front or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We do our work here day in and day out. Karnataka state has many busy hubs, but Dharwad has a different pace, and our office reflects that. We aren't rushing to be some huge international corporation. We just want to handle our responsibilities well. The office has a few rooms, some old desks, and plenty of files. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we clean it when we can. We are just local people working together. Most of us have been with the company since it started. We know each other's families. It’s not a formal environment. We talk plainly and get straight to the point. There’s no corporate talk here. If you come by Hebballi Road, you’ll find us easily enough. We are just a small group of people trying to run a decent business in a quiet neighborhood. Sometimes the monkeys even visit the rooftop, which keeps things interesting around here.
