Our Bangalore office is over in Murugeshpalya, at the S.R. Layout. We’re in Flat No. 203 of the Daffodils Block B, which is on the first cross. It’s more of an apartment-style office than a big commercial building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. Being in Bangalore, the traffic nearby can be a bit of a nightmare, but once you’re inside, it’s just us getting through the daily tasks. We have a few rooms set up with desks and plenty of storage for all the project files. It’s a bit tight when we have all the site managers in for the weekly check-ins, but we manage. We aren't trying to be something we're not. There are no fancy logos on the walls or glass partitions. It’s just a place to sit down, look at the project numbers, and make sure the Bangalore sites are moving along. We drink a lot of coffee and spend too much time looking at spreadsheets. It’s honest, boring work sometimes, but it’s what keeps the buildings going up. We know the area well and have been in this flat for a bit. It’s a practical location for us to reach different parts of the city. We just come in, do our jobs, and head home like everyone else. No big mission, just making sure the work is finished.
