Jmc Projects (India) Limited

Our office for Jmc Projects (India) Limited is located at Flat No 103 in the Creative Arcade building. It’s on 4th Main Road over in Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we like because it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. We’ve been at this address for some time. It's not a huge space, just a regular flat we converted into an office. Most days, you'll find us buried in blueprints or making phone calls to suppliers. Bangalore traffic is a mess, so we’re glad we aren’t stuck in the middle of the worst parts. We do a lot of coordination from here. It’s mostly paperwork and planning before the actual building starts. The team is small but we know what we’re doing. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just desks, some chairs, and a lot of coffee. If you're looking for us, look for the Creative Arcade sign. We try to stay organized, though some days it feels like we’re drowning in files. That’s just the nature of the business, I guess. We focus on the projects and try to stay out of the way. It’s a decent place to work. We’ve got some good neighbors in the building. It feels more like a community than a corporate park. That suits us just fine. Most people just drop by when they need to drop off paperwork or talk about the schedules.
