Our Bangalore office is way out in Attibele, specifically in Parvati Nagar. We’re located at a place called Yathesha, which we share with Wazeer Ahmed near the Fayaz Store on Masjid Road. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but it puts us right where a lot of the actual growth is happening. The area has a very local feel, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. The office itself is quite basic. We have our files, some old computers, and a few chairs for visitors that aren't particularly comfortable but do the job. At Jmc Projects (I) Ltd., we don't really go in for the fancy high-tech office look that Bangalore is famous for. We’re more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of operation. Usually, there’s a bit of dust coming in from the road and someone is always trying to fix a leaky tap or a flickering light. We spend our days coordinating with site teams and making sure the supplies are arriving where they should. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. The local shops nearby are great for a quick snack when the afternoon slump hits. We’re just a bunch of regular folks trying to do a solid job without making a big deal out of it. It’s practical work for practical people living in this corner of the city.
