You can find us over in Manjunathnagar, specifically on 2nd Cross in the 2nd Phase. We have been at this spot in Bangalore for quite a bit now. The traffic around here can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, but once you get inside, it is just a normal workspace. We do not do much of the corporate talk here. We mostly just focus on managing properties and making sure things are running the way they should for everyone involved. Some days involve a lot of paperwork and other days we are out moving around the city. It is a busy life here in Bangalore. We have got a small team and everyone knows their job. We are not trying to be the biggest thing on the block, just a reliable group of people who show up and do what needs doing. The office itself is pretty simple, nothing fancy, just some chairs and desks and a water cooler that occasionally leaks on the floor. We have seen this neighborhood grow up around us, and we feel like a real part of it now. If something breaks or a tenant has a question, we handle it. That is the bulk of our day. It is not always exciting, but it is honest work. We try to keep things simple for ourselves and for the people we work with. No need for big speeches when the work speaks for itself.
