Jindal Aluminium Ltd is based at 7, 2nd Cross, Lal Bagh in the Siddapura area of Jayanagar. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, 560011. We have a lot of history in this spot. Being near the park is a nice change from the usual industrial parks. We are a small team and we keep things simple. There isn't any corporate ladder to climb here. We just work together to get the orders out. The address is pretty central, so we see all kinds of people coming through. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or anything, so there’s usually some dust on the shelves and old tea cups on the tables. It’s a real workplace. We don’t use any of that 'best service' talk. We just do our job. If a customer has a question, we answer it plainly. The 1st Block of Jayanagar has a good feel to it. We know the other shop owners on the street. It feels like a small village sometimes, even though we are in a big city. We deal with aluminium in all its forms. It’s a lot of lifting and measuring. By the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired, but it’s a good kind of tired. We aren't looking to change the world. We are just here to do our bit and keep the business running smoothly for another day. It works for us.
