Jiinvi Granite

We are based out at number 55 in Jigani. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s the place to be if you’re looking for stone. Our yard is filled with slabs of granite of all different colors and types. It’s a dusty place to work and we all wear sturdy boots because there is always some water or stone dust on the ground. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights. You just come out to the yard and see the actual stone. We spend our days moving these heavy pieces around with the crane and cutting them to the right size. It’s physically demanding work and we usually go home feeling pretty tired. But there is something nice about working with a natural material like granite. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we can tell a good piece of stone just by looking at it. Jigani is a bit far out from the main city, but it’s where all the action is for our trade. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We just focus on getting the slabs cut right and making sure they get delivered where they need to go. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living and we’re happy with it. It isn't easy work, but we like seeing the finished slabs leave the yard.
