You’ll find Jayanti Group over at 604 Queens Road, within the G K D Industrial Estate in Vasavi Nagar. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of movement—trucks loading and unloading, people moving crates, and the general hum of activity. Our space is functional and designed for work rather than show. We’ve got a lot of things going on at once because we handle various aspects of the business, from processing to distribution. The office itself is quite plain. There are simple desks, a few old computers, and plenty of space for storing documents. We don't spend money on expensive decor. We’d rather keep things practical for our day-to-day operations. The staff here is a mix of long-timers and some younger folks learning the ropes. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too high and the heat builds up in the warehouse. Lunch is often a shared affair in the small break room where we talk about family or what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a very laid-back but focused environment. We don't have big marketing teams or anything like that. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years and just trust our way of doing things. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure we stay on top of the orders and keep things moving smoothly along Queens Road. It’s not fancy, but it works.
