Vilan Apparels Pvt. Ltd. is located up on the third floor at 1446/A. You have to find your way to 18th Main and then 39th 'F' Cross in the 4th Block. It is a bit of a climb, but we like it up here. We work on all kinds of apparel, dealing with the design and the actual making of the clothes. Our space is filled with cutting tables, sewing machines, and rolls of cloth. It is not the most organized-looking place, but there is a system to everything we do. We have been around for a while, and we have a small team of workers who really know their craft. We don't go in for big, flashy presentations or corporate talk. We just show people the samples we have made and go from there. Being on the third floor keeps us away from the street noise, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details of a pattern. Sometimes we have a lot of orders piled up, and other times it's a bit slower, but there is always something that needs to be stitched or packed. We just focus on the quality of the sewing and making sure the fit is what the customer asked for. It is a steady business, and we enjoy the process of seeing a piece of clothing come together from just a sketch and some fabric. We are just regular people doing our job every day.
