Modeco is based in Jayanagar. It’s one of those parts of the city that still feels a bit like the old days, with the trees and the wide roads, though it’s getting busier now. Our workspace is pretty simple. We don't have a giant showroom or anything like that. Mostly, we spend our time working on projects and talking to people who walk in with questions. Jayanagar is a good place to be because everything is close by. We’ve got the shops, the parks, and plenty of places to grab a coffee when we need a break. The work we do involves a lot of planning and looking at materials. It can be tedious sometimes, picking out small details that most people wouldn't notice. We aren't interested in being the biggest name in the city. We just like doing what we do and making sure the people who come to us are satisfied. The office usually has bits of paper and swatches scattered around. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work best. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We’ve been in Jayanagar for a while and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s home for the business and for most of us who work here.
