Bovis Lend Lease India Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Oakyard Apartment, right on 38th Cross in Jayanagar 9th Block. We’re at number 302. It’s a decent spot on East End C Main Road. Even though the name sounds big, our local office here is pretty down-to-earth. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between different construction projects. It involves a lot of sitting around conference tables and looking at timelines. Jayanagar is a nice area, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for visitors. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working through spreadsheets and project reports. We’ve got people coming in from various sites to give us updates. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is in at once. We don't really go for the polished corporate look. There are files everywhere and someone is always looking for a misplaced pen or a specific drawing. We just try to keep things moving as best we can. The work is mostly about solving problems before they get too big. We’ve been in this building for some time now and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. It’s a long day usually, but we’re used to the pace of the construction industry by now. We just take it one day at a time and do our thing.
