Jayalakshmi Poly Packs (P) Ltd. is situated at Plot No.86 in the Kiadb Industrial Area. We are specifically in the 2nd Phase, 2nd Sector of Bidadi. It’s a large industrial zone, so we have plenty of neighbors who are also in the manufacturing business. We mostly deal with poly packs and plastic materials. If you come by our plot, you’ll see rolls of plastic and machines constantly humming. The commute out to Bidadi can be a bit long for some of us, but we’re used to it by now. The air is different here compared to the city, a bit more open. Our factory floor is where most of the action happens. We don't have a big fancy reception area. Usually, the manager is just sitting at a desk near the main door. We have a dedicated group of workers who handle the production and the loading of the trucks. Things can get pretty hectic when a big order is due, but we usually manage to get it done without too much fuss. We’ve been operating from this 2nd Sector location for a few years and have gotten to know the other business owners around here. We just try to keep our machines in good shape and our customers happy with the bags we make. It’s a simple operation, really, and we focus on the production line every single day.
