At Basavanagudi, you can find Jaquar inside the Manek Park Society at number 31. This is a very different environment for a business because it’s mostly a residential area. We have to be quiet and not disturb the families living nearby. The office is really just a couple of rooms that we’ve set up with what we need. It feels more like a home than a workplace. We don't have a big sign or any bright lights. You have to know where number 31 is to find us. Basavanagudi is a very traditional and old part of the city. We appreciate the calm atmosphere of Manek Park Society. Our team is very small, just three or four of us most days. We don't have a hierarchy or complicated reporting structures. We just talk to each other and get the work finished. Sometimes we sit outside on the small porch if the weather is nice. We don't use any fancy business terms or marketing jargon. It’s just us doing our daily chores and making sure everything is in order. We don't have a big plan for the future or any grand ambitions. We just want to keep working here and being part of this community. It’s a simple and peaceful way to run things, and it suits our personalities perfectly. No need for anything fancy or complicated.
