Janhavi Constructions Pvt Ltd

Our office for Janhavi Constructions Pvt Ltd is at number 27 on Vishweshwaraiah Main Road. We are in the 2nd Stage of BTM Layout, right across from the entrance to the Royal Residence Layout. It’s a busy street, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the area. The office is a bit of a mix-and-match situation. We have some old desks we’ve had for years and a few newer ones squeezed in. There are samples of granite and brick samples sitting on the windowsills. It’s definitely not a polished corporate environment. We are builders, and our office looks like it. We spend a lot of time coordination with site supervisors and suppliers. It can get pretty frantic when a big project is in the middle of a critical phase. We don't have a lot of meetings; we mostly just talk things through as they happen. The team is small, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We usually get our tea from the guy who comes around on a cycle in the mornings. It’s a bit of a tradition now. BTM Layout has changed a lot since we started here, with more traffic and more people, but we’ve stayed in the same spot. We don't bother with fancy slogans or trying to sound more important than we are. We just take on the work, handle the problems, and try to get things built properly.
