Janardhan Reddy And Associates is located on the 5th floor of SMR Vinay Estate, in room number 604. This is in the 1st Block of Horamavu, right near the Outer Ring Road in Bangalore. Being on the 5th floor is nice because we get a bit of a view of the city, and it’s a bit further away from the noise of the traffic below. The Bhagini Restaurant is a good landmark nearby if you're trying to find us for the first time. The elevator in the building works most of the time, which is good because five floors is a lot to climb on a hot day. Our office is fairly standard—just some workstations and a small area for meetings. It’s usually busy here because of the location. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and documents. Horamavu is always growing, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. We don’t have a fancy interior designer. We just bought furniture that was sturdy and fit the space. It’s a functional office for people who have a lot of work to get through. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just show up in the morning, drink some tea, and start on the tasks for the day. Sometimes the traffic on the Outer Ring Road makes us late, but that’s just life in Bangalore. We’ve been in this building for a while now and it feels like home. It’s a straightforward place for straightforward work without any extra fuss.
