Jairam Associates

Basaveshwara Nagar is a quiet neighborhood mostly. Jairam Associates is tucked away on the 2nd Cross in Vgnss Layout. We’re at number 19. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as loud as the main markets. We like it that way. When we started here, there weren't as many houses around. Now it’s grown. We keep a regular schedule. The office is just a room with some basic furniture. Nothing to brag about. We drink a lot of coffee while working. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to find a place to sit if a lot of visitors show up at once. It’s just how it is. We don't have a big marketing department. People find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. The 2nd cross is a bit narrow, so parking can be a bit of a pain if you drive a big car. We usually tell people to park a block away. It's easier. We handle the paperwork and the meetings without much fuss. It feels like a home office because it basically is. We know the postman by name. We see the same faces every day walking their dogs. It’s a calm place to get things done. We don't really do anything flashy. Just work and go home. Our sign is small, so you have to look closely when you arrive at the gate.
