Jain Heights

Jain Heights is located at number 65 on the 3rd Cross of Akkamma Layout. This is in the R T Nagar area of Bangalore. It’s a nice enough spot, mostly residential with a lot of old trees that give some good shade. Our office is part of the layout and it feels very much like being in a home. We have some desks set up in what used to be a living room. The windows look out onto the street where people are usually walking their dogs or heading to the nearby shops. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a person waiting to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find one of us. We spend a lot of time talking about property and looking at maps of the city. Bangalore has grown so much, but R T Nagar still has a bit of that old charm left. There is a bakery at the corner that makes fresh bread every morning, and the smell often drifts into our workspace. It makes the morning much better. We drink a lot of coffee here to stay alert. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We handle everything ourselves, from the paperwork to the site visits and checking on buildings. It keeps us busy and we like the routine.
