You can find Jain Heights Constructions Pvt.Ltd. over in Jayanagar 9th Block. We are in Flat No. 2 of the FMK Mansion, which is house number 1854/24. It sits right on the corner of 40th A Cross and 26th Main. If you know Jayanagar, you know it’s a nice, established part of Bangalore with lots of trees and old houses mixed with new apartment blocks. Our office is pretty modest. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of blueprints lying around on most days. It gets a bit cluttered when all the site supervisors come in at once to report, but that’s just how a construction office goes. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood get busier and busier. We spend most of our day talking to contractors and checking on material deliveries. It’s not always smooth sailing; there are always issues with supplies or the weather, but we just deal with them as they come up. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track and the bills get paid. We like being in Jayanagar because it’s central and most people know where it is without needing a map. If you’re walking down 26th Main, you might see our sign. We’re just regular people doing our jobs and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the city’s noise and traffic.
