Our office for Jain Heights & Structures Pvt. Ltd is tucked away in Surya Residency, specifically Flat No-201. It’s right on the Uttarahalli Main Road in Bangalore. If you’re familiar with the Subramanyapura area, you know it’s a pretty active part of town these days. We’ve been set up here for some time now, dealing with all the daily bits and pieces that come with being in the building trade. It’s not a huge corporate space with glass walls, just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the week’s schedule. Being on the main road helps because it’s easy for the guys to find us when they need instructions, though finding a parking spot can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle. We mostly deal with local projects around Karnataka. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of back-and-forth between here and the different sites we have going on. The team is mostly local people who know the area well. We don't really go for big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, look at the plans, and try to make sure everything is ticking along as it should. Bangalore is growing so fast, especially out towards Uttarahalli, so there’s always something new to look at. We just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes our way from this little spot in the 560061 area. It’s just how we operate.
