Most people know the restaurant, so it makes finding our office a lot easier. We work on structures and heights, basically building things up from the ground. It is a lot of planning and making sure everything is safe. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Being in the middle of everything on Residency Road is helpful because we are close to where a lot of the action is. The office is usually filled with papers and coffee cups because there is always something to check or a phone call to return.
