Jain Heights & Structure Pvt Ltd

Our office for Jain Heights & Structure Pvt Ltd is at 19, Chandrala Paramaeshwari Nilaya. We are situated in Gaurav Nagar, which is part of the JP Nagar area in Bangalore. The building is a typical Bangalore house turned into a workspace. It’s got that solid feel to it. JP Nagar is a busy place, but our specific street in Gaurav Nagar is tucked away from the main noise. We have been here for a bit and we like the layout of the area. There’s a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. Inside, the rooms are filled with blueprints and some old filing cabinets. We don't use much of that modern minimalist furniture. Our chairs are mismatched and the desks are heavy wood. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. Most of our day is spent coordinating with people on various sites around the city. Bangalore traffic is always a topic of conversation when anyone arrives late for a meeting. We usually have some biscuits and tea ready for whoever drops by. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't have strict rules about where people sit. As long as the work gets done and the structures are sound, we are happy. It’s just us doing our bit in the city every day.
