Jahnavi Granites & Builders

If you’re looking for us, we’re on the first floor of house number 1272 in Manorayan Palya. That’s over in R.T.Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a typical residential-style building where we’ve set up our workspace for Jahnavi Granites & Builders. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just a flight of stairs up to where we keep our files and samples. Bangalore has changed so much with all the traffic and new buildings, but this little corner of R.T.Nagar still feels like the old days. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and looking at project plans. Granites are heavy and building things is messy, so our office is often covered in a bit of dust or stacks of drawings. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just talk to people plainly and get the job done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is moving fast, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the street noise outside. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the builders have what they need. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical spot for a practical business, and we wouldn't want it any other way. We try to keep the coffee pot full because the mornings get a bit long otherwise.
