Our office is located at No. 24/1A on 10th Cross, Margosa Road. We are near the Ing Vysya Bank, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find our street. The bank nearby is a good place to tell people to look for if they get turned around. Margosa Road has a nice feel to it, and we have been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Our setup is very simple. We just have a few desks and computers in a room where we handle travel bookings. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and trying to piece together itineraries for people. It is a lot of quiet work, mostly just the sound of us typing or talking on the phone. We are a small staff, so we all know each other well and help out with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with tea cups and stacks of papers, but we prefer it that way over a cold corporate office. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sell people things they don't want. We just talk to our customers like they are neighbors. Many of them actually are from around here. If a flight gets canceled or a hotel has an issue, we just stay until we can find a solution. It’s a basic way to run things.
