We are located on the second floor of a building in Marathahalli, right on the busy Outer Ring Road. If you know where the Domino's Pizza is in this area, we’re located just above that shop. It’s a very active part of the city with a huge amount of traffic and people passing by all day long. We spend most of our time working on various housing projects and trying to get all the little details right for the people who will live there. Developing homes is a very long process with lots of different steps, starting from finding the right land all the way to finishing the very last bit of paint on the walls. We have a small, simple office where we meet with people and go over the architectural plans. It’s definitely not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a functional and basic space where we get our daily work done. We’ve seen Marathahalli change a lot over the last few years with all the new buildings and shops popping up everywhere. We’re just a small part of that growth, I suppose. Most of our workdays are filled with endless phone calls, meetings with contractors, and a lot of paperwork. We just try our best to keep our projects moving along without too many unexpected delays or problems. It’s hard work and sometimes things can get a bit stressful for everyone involved, but that’s just how the housing market is these days. We’re local people doing a local job for the neighborhood.
