Our place is located on S V Road in Ulsoor, right around Nadiadwala Colony. We mostly handle things like pipes, toilets, and all the bits and pieces that go into a bathroom or a kitchen. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes around the warehouse floor. People come in asking about leaks or how to set up a new drainage system, and we show them what we have in stock. The office is usually a bit messy with paperwork and catalogs from various manufacturers we work with. Being in this part of town means we see a lot of different people every day. It’s not a glamorous job, dealing with sanitation supplies, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at address 36 for a while now, and the routine stays pretty much the same. Some days are packed with deliveries going out, while others are quieter. We have a small team here who helps load the trucks and keeps the shelves filled. It’s mostly just practical work. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy displays. If you need a specific pipe fitting or a new tap, we just walk back and find it for you. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We try to keep things simple and honest without any of the extra talk you get at bigger stores. It works for us and our customers.
