Regalos

Regalos is over at 1 P2 Arcade, right in the RBI Gautham Housing Society area. Being next to T. R. Hospital means we see a lot of different people coming through Kothanoor Dinne Main Road every single day. Some are in a hurry, others are just killing time. Our shop isn't huge, but we have a lot of stuff crammed onto the shelves. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things dusted and arranged so people can actually see what’s there. The arcade gets a decent breeze in the evenings, which is nice because it can get stuffy inside during the middle of the day. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the regulars from the housing society who stop by on their way home. It’s a local kind of place. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the doors are open on time and the lights stay on. Sometimes we run out of tape or the door handle gets stuck, and we just fix it and keep going. The hospital next door makes it a busy corner, so there is always noise from the traffic and the ambulances. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. It feels like a small community here even though the main road is right outside. We just keep doing what we do, day after day, in our little spot.
