J P INDUSTRIES is located at Plot No. 6, right behind the NTTF Industries building in Shivapura. Being in the Peenya Industrial Area means we are surrounded by all kinds of manufacturing plants and workshops. It is a massive place, and sometimes even the delivery drivers get lost trying to find our specific gate. We have been in this spot for several years now. The building is a basic concrete structure with a heavy rolling shutter. Inside, it is mostly open space filled with our manufacturing equipment. We don’t have any air conditioning, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through Shivapura. Our team is small, just a handful of guys who know how to handle the heavy lifting and the precision work. We usually start early in the morning before the Bangalore heat gets too bad. There is always a lot of clanging and banging going on, which is just the sound of work being done. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. If someone needs something made, they usually just call my mobile or drop by the plot to show us a drawing of what they need. We take the orders, figure out the timeline, and get to it. It is a no-nonsense environment where we focus on the metal and the machines rather than trying to look professional for visitors. We are just a typical Peenya shop.
