J K S Service Apartment

We are situated at 107, right by the Refinery Char Rasta in Whitefield. J K S Service Apartment is a place where we host people who are usually here for longer stays. Whitefield is a hectic place with all the construction and the IT parks, so our building is a bit of a base for people trying to navigate all that. We have several apartments that we manage. It’s not like a hotel where everything is managed by a big computer system. It’s more personal. We spend our days checking the rooms, talking to the laundry guys, and making sure the kitchenettes have the right pots and pans. Sometimes we’re helping someone figure out the local bus route or where to get good groceries nearby. The area around Char Rasta is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise outside, but we’ve done what we can with the windows. We aren't a big corporation. We’re just a small team running these apartments. We don't have a gym or a swimming pool, just functional living spaces for people who need a home for a few weeks or months. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the cleaning and the maintenance, but we like meeting different people from all over. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to whoever stays with us. It’s a plain place, but it works for what it is. We spend most of our time just making sure the guests are settled in.
