Our office is in BTM Layout, right near the Darpan Six Roads at number 14. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually don’t have trouble finding us. J J Mentor Datawarehousing Solutions focuses on data work, which sounds complicated, but to us, it’s just our daily job. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of managers. It’s just a small group of us sitting in a modest office. We have a lot of servers and they make a constant humming sound in the background. We’ve gotten used to it. The area is always bustling because of the six roads meeting nearby. There’s plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. You just walk in and we’ll be there at our desks. We aren't into corporate speak or making big promises. We just look at the data and organize it. It’s what we know how to do. We’ve been at this for several years now. Some of the equipment is getting a bit old, but it still works fine. We don’t feel the need to have the latest of everything if the old stuff is doing the job. We’re just practical people doing a technical job in a busy part of Bangalore. We usually end the week with some tea and talk about anything other than data. It keeps us sane and helps us start fresh on Monday morning.
