J D Constructions

J D Constructions is a small operation based out of number 1739 in Ramaswamy Palya. We have been working from this location for quite a while now. The area is fairly busy and we are right in the thick of it. Most of our work involves managing building projects from the start until they are ready for people to move in. It is a lot of manual labor and coordination. We spend most of our time out at the sites rather than sitting in the office. You will often see us with a clipboard and a bunch of drawings trying to figure out the best way to handle a tricky corner or a foundation issue. Construction is a messy business and there is always dirt and noise involved. We don't try to hide that or make it sound like something it isn't. It is just hard work that requires a lot of attention to detail. Sometimes the weather is against us and we have to pause everything until it clears up. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of layers. If someone has a question they just come and talk to us directly. Being in Ramaswamy Palya means we are close to our projects and can get to them quickly. We just take things one day at a time and focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. It is what we know how to do best.
