Our office is located at No 250 in the 18th Block of the CPWD Quarters. We’re right in HSR Layout, 1st Sector, over in Agara. Bangalore is a busy city, and being here puts us in the middle of everything. Ivrcl Infrastructure And Projects Limited has been operating out of this space for a while. It’s a bit of a residential feel since we’re in the quarters, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the infrastructure side of things from this desk. It’s often a mess of blueprints and project schedules. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign out front. Most people who come here already know who they're looking for. It’s mostly Sri Chudeningaiah’s place, and we’ve made a corner for the business. Working in Bangalore means traffic is always a problem when we need to get to a site. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around. The work is mostly just making sure the construction and projects are moving along. It’s practical work. We aren't doing anything flashy. Sometimes we’re here late trying to make sense of the budget or the timelines. It’s just how the industry is. We like being in HSR Layout because everything we need is close by. It’s a solid place to keep the business going without too much fuss.
