Ittina Properties

We’ve been at this spot on 1st Cross for a while now. It gets quite busy around here in Bangalore, especially with the morning commute. The office is just a simple place where we handle property things for Ittina Properties. Sometimes the neighbors drop by for a quick chat. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular space. We spend most of our days looking at files or meeting folks who want to talk about houses. Bangalore has changed a lot since we started. There’s always construction noise or a stray dog lounging near the door. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Managing properties means we deal with a lot of different people every day. Some days are slow, others we don’t have time to finish our tea. The rainy season makes the cross a bit muddy, but we manage. We’ve lived in this city long enough to know how things work. It’s a lot of running around and making calls. People come to us because they know where we are. We don't use much technology besides our phones and the old computer. It's just a local business life. Nothing more to it, really. We keep our keys organized and try to remember everyone's names who walks in. It’s home for us here in Sudmnagar. We keep a spare umbrella by the door for visitors.
