This part of Bangalore is always buzzing with students and young professionals. Our office is tucked away above a small shop. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good space. We have a view of the street from the window. It’s nice to see the world go by while we work on property deeds. BTM is a great area because everything is close. We often go out to the local mess for lunch. Inside, the office is a bit cluttered. We have posters of old projects on the walls and shelves full of files. We’ve been here long enough that the postman knows us by name. Dealing with property in BTM keeps us very busy. There is always someone looking for a room or a flat. We don’t use a lot of fancy software, just the basics. Most of our business comes from word of mouth. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. Sometimes the traffic on Maruthinagar Road is so bad we just stay late until it clears. It’s just a normal office life for us here.
