Ittina Properties Pvt. Ltd. has been around for quite a while. Our address is often listed differently depending on where you look, like in a resume or an old document. We’ve moved around a bit as the business grew or changed over the years. Right now, we’re just focusing on managing what we have. The office environment is pretty standard. We have a few desks, some old computers, and stacks of paper that never seem to get smaller. Most of us have been here for years. We know the property business inside and out, but we don't feel the need to shout about it. Life in the office is mostly about answering calls and sorting out legal stuff. It can be quite tedious, but someone has to do it. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the slow afternoons. Sometimes we talk about the old days when the company was just starting out. The city has changed so much around us. Every time we update a resume or a business card, it feels like a new chapter. We don’t have any big corporate goals, we just want to finish the day's work and go home to our families. It’s a simple life. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just handle properties and keep things moving along as best as we can. Our office door squeaks a bit when it's humid outside.
