Ittina Group

We are located in Hsr Layout, Bangalore 560102. Specifically, you can find the Ittina Group at Qtr No 324 in Block No. 23 of the Cpwd Qtrs. It is a bit of a different setup than your usual office building since it is in the quarters. It makes for a very grounded, residential feel. There are trees around and people going about their daily lives. We fit right in. The office itself is practical. We’ve set up our desks and computers where they fit best. It isn't a designed space with fancy lighting or modern art. We just use the natural light from the windows. The Hsr Layout area is quite popular now, but our corner stays relatively peaceful. We do our work here, mostly focusing on the tasks at hand for the group. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or bosses shouting orders. If something needs to be done, the person who is free just does it. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather or the local news while we work. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't have a marketing department to write pretty things or make us look bigger than we are. We just tell people where we are and what we are doing. Block No. 23 is home base for us. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name and wave when we come in. It is a simple, no-nonsense way to work every day.
