We are based over at 154 on the first floor of Mallige Complex. It is a busy little building with different shops and offices. Itrf Staffing Pvt. Ltd.. is our name. Being on the first floor is handy because you do not have to wait for the elevator if you are in a hurry. The complex is usually full of people coming and going, so there is a lot of energy around. Our office is not very big. We have the basic stuff like desks, phones, and a small area to sit. We spend most of the day talking to people and looking for staff for different roles. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear what is going on in the office next door, but we do not mind. It feels like a community. We do not have any of those expensive coffee machines or lounge areas. We just have a kettle and some biscuits. We focus on the work at hand. Mallige Complex is easy enough to find, which helps when people are coming in for meetings. We have been here for a while and the routine is pretty comfortable. We show up, do our thing, and close up in the evening. It is a plain, honest way to run a business. We are not into big speeches or fancy branding. We just stay busy.
