We are located over by the Ambedkar School, right on Panathur Road near the Marathahalli Ring Road. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy that area gets with all the tech parks and traffic. Itd Cementation India Ltd has a workspace here, and it’s always a bit of a scramble getting things done. We share the area with Manjunath, and it’s a practical setup for what we need. It isn't a high-rise office with a view, just a place where we can manage our equipment and staff. Most of our days are spent checking on sites and making sure the supplies are moving. The Ring Road is a blessing and a curse because of the traffic, but it helps us get to our projects across the city. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us are in boots and work shirts because we’re usually headed to a construction site. There is always a lot of noise and dust around, but that is just part of the job. We focus on the engineering and the physical labor. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage. We don't talk much about "visions" or "values"—we just talk about how to get the foundation set right before the monsoon hits. It’s a grounded way to work, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood here. We just get the work done.
