We are based out of Pioneer Planet Apartment in Bangalore. It's in Upadya Layout, which is pretty close to the Ring Road. Being on the third floor in unit 305, we have a decent view of the local area. It’s not a huge industrial site, just our office where we handle the Itco Chem India business. The Janabarathi Post area is a bit quieter than the city center, which we really appreciate during the busy work week. Traffic on the Ring Road can be a total nightmare sometimes, but that’s just life in Bangalore for you. We’ve been here for a while now and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The team is small, just a few of us sitting at our desks making phone calls and checking our spreadsheets. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs right and then go home to our families in the evening. It’s a practical way to run things without too much stress. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up or there’s some maintenance going on, but we just take the stairs and keep going. It’s honest work. No corporate slogans on the walls here, just real people trying to make a living in the chemical sector. We keep our paperwork organized and try to stay on top of all the orders coming in from different places. It works for us and keeps the lights on every month.
