Itc Limited, Bangalore

We are based out of a place in Rajaji Nagar 2nd Stage, specifically at 2515 on the 10th Main road. It’s actually at Mr. B S Joshi’s residence, which gives the whole operation a very local, homey feel. Rajaji Nagar is one of those classic Bangalore neighborhoods with lots of trees and older houses. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We use a couple of rooms for the office work, and it’s always filled with the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. Being in a residential area means it’s relatively quiet, although the 10th Main can get a bit busy during rush hour. We don’t have a massive warehouse or anything; it’s more about the administrative side of things for ITC Limited. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people over in the main offices. There’s a nice vibe here because it doesn’t feel like a cold, sterile workspace. Sometimes we have meetings in the living area with a cup of coffee. The local shops are just a short walk away if we need a quick snack or more stationery. We’ve got files tucked into every corner, and the shelves are pretty packed with binders. It’s a functional space where we handle the day-to-day grind. We like being part of this neighborhood rather than being stuck in some high-rise building on the other side of town. It just feels more grounded and real to work this way.
